Biography

Academic Background

Dr. Kirti Madnani completed her Senior Secondary and Higher Secondary education from U.P. Board, Prayagraj in 1993 and 1995 respectively.

She completed her Bachelor and Master degrees from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji University, Kanpur in 1998 and 2000 respectively.

She obtained her Ph.D. degree from the Department of Psychology, University of Lucknow, Lucknow in 2015.

Teaching & Professional Experience

Dr. Kirti Madnani is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology with over 12 years of teaching experience in both self-financed and regular positions. Her academic strengths lie in Positive Psychology, Mental Health, and Research Methodology, and she is committed to fostering psychological awareness, scientific thinking, and emotional well-being among students.

She has published more than 10 research papers in reputed journals and has presented her work at various national and international conferences, where she has also received Best Paper Awards. Actively engaged in academic development, she has organized several workshops, departmental activities, and training sessions for students. She has also participated in numerous Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) to enhance her professional expertise. Dr. Madnani is frequently invited as a resource person for special lectures at Lucknow University, Kanpur University, and other academic platforms, reflecting her recognition in the field of psychology. Beyond academics, she plays a dynamic role in institutional growth.

She currently serves as the President of the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and contributes actively to various college committees and clubs including the Road Safety Club, Cultural Club, and Environmental Club, promoting holistic student development.
